Return Policy
Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Clothing items must have tags still on and be unworn and unwashed.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or flowers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

How to Return Your Item
Visit our Contact Us page and fill out the return request form.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, follow the return process and specify that you require an exchange.

Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
